    • Shipping is free. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we automatically reach out to our supplier to begin your custom made to order item and also connect with you to confirm your details. Once your item(s) are confirmed, we will process the charges and submit the order for processing and shipment. Shipping for cushions is three weeks UPS ground from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up at

    • Unfortunately, this item cannot be returned. If an item has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will need a photo to determine the outcome. Any visual defects/damages must be refused before accepting the item. If a package is damaged, it must be opened and inspected to see if there is internal damage as well. If so, the piece must be refused. If a shipment with multiple packages is received, only the damaged package must be refused. If you notice any damage, you should take a photo of it before accepting it and/or signing for delivery. If a concealed damage is discovered after delivery, we need a picture of the box and the damaged part. A replacement part or a full replacement will be shipped and it is up to the manufacturer to determine whether a new item will be shipped or simply a replacement for the damaged part. Please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
