This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we automatically reach out to our supplier to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to inform you of the status. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Shipping is within 10-14 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.     • The manufacturer offers a no hassle, 90 day return policy for this item. If the item is returned for anything other than damage or defect, then the customer must pay the shipping and the item must return in “as new” condition. Please contact us immediately. If this item has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will need a photo to determine the outcome. Any visual defects/damages must be refused before accepting the item. If a package is damaged, it must be opened and inspected to see if there is internal damage as well. If so, the piece must be refused. If a shipment with multiple packages is received, only the damaged package must be refused. If you notice any damage, you should take a photo of it before accepting it and/or signing for delivery. If a concealed damage is discovered after delivery, we need a picture of the box and the damaged part. A replacement part or a full replacement will be shipped and it is up to the manufacturer to determine whether a new item will be shipped or simply a replacement for the damaged part.

      Please keep in mind that all log furniture is subject to the natural process of "checking". Checking or cracking occurs when the wood releases moisture during the natural drying process and often occurs across the annual growth rings. Checking does not affect the structural performance or integrity of the wood. The degree of checking will vary from product to product and even from log to log. Small pinholes scattered throughout some logs create additional contrast and beauty. Checking is not covered as a defect, unless there is structural damage to the furniture.

      This product has a 20-year limited warranty from the date of the original purchase. It covers structural defect or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping agency. The terms “structural defect” and “aesthetic damage” shall be defined on a per item basis by the manufacturer. They will repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of the item(s) in question. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God (such as floods, fire or tornado). Also, this warranty does not include fading, discoloration or cracking due to exposure to sunlight or weather. The solid wood, edge-glued panels used in case goods, tables, etc. are not intended for exterior use. Placement and/or use under such conditions will void this warranty. Failure to properly protect this product by the proper application and periodic re-application of a quality consumer grade or better finish such as lacquer, varnish or exterior grade, weather resistant stain per the finish manufacturer’s directions and as is applicable to the products intended use, will void this warranty. In order to be eligible for warranted repairs, replacement or refund (choice of which will be at the discretion of the manufacturer), you must either return the warranty registration card within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase or present a copy of the original receipt with the date and location of original purchase. Please be prepared to send pictures of the item showing the specific damage or defect resulting in the claim.
