We certainly strive to have happy customers.  However, because many of our benches are made to order based on your unique preferences, most are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to read each product's return policy tab on each product's page for that product's return policy.  For example, one exception is the Montana Woodworks brand.  Of course, if you did receive any item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please read and follow the information below.   


If an item has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will need a photo to determine the outcome. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  Any visual defects/damages must be refused before accepting the item. If a package is damaged, it must be opened and inspected to see if there is internal damage as well.  If so, the piece must be refused and contact us immediately.  If a shipment with multiple packages is received, only the damaged package must be refused.   If you notice any damage, you should take a photo of it before accepting it and/or signing for delivery. If a concealed damage is discovered after delivery, we need picture of the box and the damaged part. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments.  For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order. A replacement part or a full replacement will be shipped however it is up to the manufacturer to determine whether a new item will be shipped or simply a replacement for the damaged part. Please keep in mind for any custom made to order benches subject to artistic license, minor concrete variations and chemical reactions may occur and so the actual colors and exact dimensions may vary slightly from photos and is naturally inherent in a one-of-a-kind piece. Therefore, it is not covered as a defect, unless there is structural damage to the bench.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us right away at All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped and is eligible for a return, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
